Can I change my e-mail address in my account?
Yes. You may change your e-mail address. giordanoladies.ph will send a confirmation to your new e-mail address when you have updated it from your account.
What if the item I want to purchase is out of stock?
An out-of-stock tag will immediately appear if the item you are trying to purchase is out of stock. If the item you selected after ordering becomes out of stock, the item has already been reserved for you.
If you really want the item but the item is out of stock, we can check if the item is in stock and pull out the item in store. Please take note that items are subject to availability.
How do I buy a product?
You can make any purchase without signing up an account, by accessing different categories in our page or typing keyword in the Search bar, you can select the product you’re looking for.
In the page of a particular product, you may choose among the different colors and sizes. Once done selecting your purchase, please proceed to your cart for review, then press the go to checkout button. Upon checkout, fill up the required fields and select a payment method.
How do I use my E-voucher?
The E-voucher has a promo code which you may use upon check-out of your order.
How do I receive my Order Voucher/Invoice for the purchased product?
You will receive your Order Voucher/Invoice when you have completed the payment for your product. Your Order Voucher/Invoice will include the Order Number which you can use to track your order.

When will my credit card be charged?
Giordano Ladies Philippines will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed. Once the order has been processed, your credit card will be charged. Once charged, your order will then be ready for shipping.
What if I don’t have a credit card?
You may pay over-the-counter in all 7-Eleven Branches and SM Business Centers, M.Lhuillier, LBC, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, RCBC, EastWest bank, RobinsonsBank,Sterling Bank of Asia, Chinabank, PNB, Unionbank, UCPB,Maybank and Landbank nationwide.
How long does it take to process orders?
Orders are sealed and delivered within 5-7 business days for areas within Metro Manila and 8-10 business days for areas outside Metro Manila and provinces. Delivery will be coursed through our partner couriers: Grab, and EntreGo.
When should I expect to receive my order?
With the current safety measures on COVID-19, along with the General Community Quarantine, kindly take note that our shipments are currently on hold until furher notice.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with an order number via e-mail so you may check your order status. You may also find your transactions and order tracking information within the My Account Category if you have an account.
Can I make changes to an open order?
Once you have received a confirmation e-mail for your purchase, you may no longer cancel or modify the order. If you wish to return your purchase, you may contact us at giordanoladies.ph immediately. Click here to view our Return Policy.
What are your shipping restrictions?
giordanoladies.ph operates only in the Philippines. Orders made outside of the country may be processed provided that the indicated delivery address is within the Philippines.
Can I send my item as a gift?
Yes. giordanoladies.ph has a gift provision. Upon check-out, customer may input a different recipient for the item he/she will purchase. The full Order Invoice will be sent to the customer who paid for the item but a Gift Invoice will be sent to the recipient of the item. The recipient may use the Gift Invoice if she wants to return/exchange the item.
What is your policy for returning an item?
The item should be returned within 7 days, from the date of receiving the item, and should be good as new, not unworn, not washed, has no visible damage, unaltered, is in its original form, and has the complete tags.
To return an item, you may send an email at email@example.com with the title: “Return” inclusive of photos of the item in its original packaging, and a clear photo or screenshot of the Order Confirmation. giordanoladies.ph will process your request within 45 business days. Once request is deemed valid, giordanoladies.ph will send a Return Confirmation e-mail. Securely pack your merchandise and return to courier on scheduled date of pick-up/delivery.
What is your policy for providing an exchange?
When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the exchange item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend you simply return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item on our website.

Yes, you can still have an access to the Giordano Ladies site, but kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, then attach your giordano ladies VIP card photo and include your name, surname, and Philippine cellphone number.
I want my order to have it picked up at the store, is that possible?
Yes, you can have your ordered picked up at the Giordano Ladies stores at Megamall and the Podium only.
I ordered online but I will be claiming the item personally in-store, what will be the process upon claiming?
Provide your full name and show a clear print-out/screenshot of your Order Confirmation to the Giordano Ladies Store Associate.
I ordered online but I will be sending a representative to pick up my item in-store, what will be the process before claiming?
Simply, give a clear print-out/screenshot of your Order Confirmation to your representative. Before claiming, your representative must present the clear print-out/screenshot of the order confirmation to the Giordano Ladies Store Associate, and provide the full name (the VIP), show his/her valid ID, and representative will inform his/her relation the VIP.
My preferred item is only available at the Giordano Ladies Philippines store and not online, can I still order and have it shipped to my address?
Yes, we can request for a pull-out of your preferred item in-store and have it shipped to you home address. However, please be reminded that the item is subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that your preferred item is available. The transaction and payment for the item should only be done via giordanoladies.ph and NOT in-store.
There’s a specific item that I want but it’s only available in Giordano Ladies Hong Kong or in other Giordano Ladies store abroad, can you ship it to the Philippines?
Yes, we can order your item from Giordano Ladies Hong Kong or the Giordano Ladies store abroad, but please take note that items are subject to availability, and it can take four weeks or more since it will be coming from another country and coordination may take time.
Since my order will be coming from abroad, how will the process go about?
We will check if your preferred item has the same style, same color, and same size abroad, and update you on the status of your item. Once it is available, kindly pay for the item, and we can have it shipped from the Giordano Ladies store abroad to your home address in the Philippines.
When do you process orders?
Orders are processed daily until 12NN from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 10AM, on weekends or during holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Do you allow reservations?
Yes, we do allow online reservations and we can reserve the item up to 7 days only. We will be sending a reminder on the third day if you still wish to proceed with ordering the item. In certain cases that you change your mind on purchasing the item, please let us know in advance.
