What is personal styling?

Giordano Ladies will help you put together classic pieces that will reflect your personality in a more authentic way. Our Brand Ambassadors/Representatives, together with our Brand Stylists will guide you with styling solutions, at your preferred time and place. This will give you a safe option to shop and most importantly, the convenience to save time.

Who are your Brand Ambassadors and Brand Stylists?

Our Brand Ambassadors are our talented and globally-oriented fashion representatives from our stores who are experts of the merchandise features, and its advantages.

How am I going to connect with the Brand Ambassador?

Our Brand Ambassador will get in touch with you through SMS or Viber. For other inquiries, you may reach us through our social accounts on Facebook at www.facebook.com/GiordanoLadiesPH/ and on Instagram (@giordanoladiesph).

How many people am I expecting to visit my place?

You have a right to request a number of personnel who will assist you during the booking arrangement as they will work collaboratively to deliver an excellent and smooth Giordano Ladies personal styling experience.

 

Can I select my preferred Brand Ambassador / Brand Stylist to style me?

Yes, you may do so. Please refer to our In-house Personal Styling Team above.

How long would it take for the personal styling to finish?

Shall you wish not to be personally assisted, our personnel shall be waiting outside the building/gate of your location for a maximum time of (5) hours upon receiving the items.

Once items are selected/returned to our Brand Representative, our Personal Styling team will be needing a maximum time of (1) hour to: issue invoice, recount and inspect the quality of the items, verify your payment, and prepare your purchased items.

How do I pay?

We highly encourage contactless payment such as mobile fund transfer (BPI) and payments via PayPal but we can still accept cash or credit card payments supported by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What time is your operating schedule?

We are available from Mondays to Sundays from 10AM – 5PM. We highly recommend you to book at least 3 days ahead before your preferred schedule so we may be able to accommodate your booking.

 

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you may do so but kindly notify our Brand Ambassador / Brand Stylist via SMS or Viber 5 hours before your appointment.

Is there a penalty for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment?

There is no penalty for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment provided that you will notify us 5 hours before your appointment.

How to update my Style Profile?

Kindly inform us your size adjustments and new style, fit and color preferences upon booking a new appointment.
